Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and booking services with rin+RUCKUS, LLC (DBA Mystic Wyrd), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or book services.

Services Provided

Mystic Wyrd offers spiritual services including Reiki energy healing, divination readings using tarot and other tools, and personal development activities. These services are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial services and should not be used as substitutes for professional advice.

Consent to Services

By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood all disclaimers on this website
  • You consent to receive Reiki, divination readings, or goal-setting services
  • You understand these are spiritual practices
  • You agree to communicate any discomfort during sessions
  • You participate voluntarily and of your own free will

Age Requirements

Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older only. By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Mystic Wyrd does not provide services to minors at this time.

Booking and Payment

All session fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise arranged. Payment confirms your booking and agreement to these terms. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of booking.

Emergency Disclaimer

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. These services are not appropriate for crisis situations and should not be used in place of emergency medical care.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session forfeit 25% the session fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full session amount

Practitioner Cancellations:

  • In the event that Mystic Wyrd needs to cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge

Winter Weather Cancellations:

  • In the event that Academy School District 20 is delayed or closed due to winter weather,  you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge

Refund Requests:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

Right to Refuse Service

Mystic Wyrd reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Inappropriate behavior or language
  • Arriving to the appointment intoxicated
  • Violation of these terms or policies
  • If services are deemed not in the client’s best interest
  • Non-payment or fraudulent payment activity

In such cases, fees may be refunded at Mystic Wyrd’s discretion.

In-Person Sessions

To create the most healing and relaxing environment for your Reiki session, clients should attend appointment alone. This means no pets, children, spouses, friends, or other guests to allow for a more restful experience.

Additionally, city regulations require that only one scheduled client may be present at a time during sessions. 

If you have concerns about attending alone or have special circumstances, contact us before booking.

Remote Sessions

Sessions may be conducted remotely via web conferencing platforms. By booking a remote session, you acknowledge that:

  • Technical difficulties may occur and Mystic Wyrd is not responsible for technology failures
  • Privacy and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed over internet connections
  • You are responsible for ensuring a private, quiet, and safe space for your session
  • You are physically located in the United States at the time of the session
  • You have a stable internet connection and compatible device

If technical difficulties prevent session completion, Mystic Wyrd will work with you to reschedule or provide a partial refund at Mystic Wyrd’s discretion.

Session Recording and Security Camera Policy

Session Recording: Sessions are not recorded by Mystic Wyrd unless you provide explicit written consent in advance. You may not record sessions (audio or video) without prior written permission from Mystic Wyrd. Unauthorized recording is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Security Cameras: For safety and security purposes, Mystic Wyrd maintains security cameras inside and outside the office premises. By entering the premises and booking in-person sessions, you acknowledge and consent to video surveillance. Security camera footage:

  • May capture your image and movements in common areas and session rooms
  • Is used solely for security, safety, and liability protection purposes
  • Does not record audio
  • Is stored securely and accessed only when necessary for security or legal purposes
  • Is retained for 90 days unless needed for an active security investigation or legal matter
  • Will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or in response to valid legal processes

If you have concerns about security cameras, please discuss them with Mystic Wyrd prior to your appointment.

Late Arrival and No-Show Policy

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session, Mystic Wyrd reserves the right to cancel or shorten the session without refund
  • The full session time cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals
  • No-shows (failure to appear without cancellation) will be charged the full session fee
  • Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Force Majeure

Mystic Wyrd is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, severe weather)
  • Natural disasters
  • Public health emergencies or pandemics
  • Government orders or restrictions
  • Technical failures or internet outages
  • Power outages or facility closures

In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled or refunded at Mystic Wyrd’s discretion.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or services provided:

  1. Good Faith Negotiation: Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith direct communication
  2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing other legal remedies
  3. Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado
  4. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits

This clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of services shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
